2. 返品・交換について

商品到着時、ご注文商品をご確認いただいた際、商品に不良、破損があった場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。小社責任でお取替えいたします。お客様のご都合による返品は7日以内にお願いいたします。その際の返送料はお客様のご負担となりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

返品の際は、商品に同封の納品票（お客様控）を併せてご返送ください。

原則として次の場合の返品・交換はお受けできません。

・一度ご使用になられた商品

・お名前入りの商品

・お客様の元で、傷または汚損が生じた商品

3. ご返送についてのお願い

商品の不良など、当社理由による返品、交換は料金着払い（東京香堂負担）にてお近くの郵便局、宅配便営業所、取次店（コンビニエンスストアなど）よりご返送ください。お客様のご都合による返品、交換の返送料はお客様のご負担でお願いいたします。

日時指定はご利用いただけません。ポスト投函となります（一部のポストには入りません）。ポストに入らない場合には持ち帰り保管となる場合がございます。ご不在の場合は、不在連絡票が入りますので再配達の手配をお願いします。

Returns and exchanges
If you find any defective or damaged products upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at our responsibility. Returns for customer's convenience must be made within 7 days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
When returning an item, please send back the delivery slip (customer's copy) enclosed with the product.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
